What HealCrafter Does

HealCrafter is an application that allows you to compare priest healing gear for your playstyle and talents.  It downloads your talents and current gear from the armory and calculates how effectively you can heal.  It creates two copies of your character.  You can search for gear to equip on one of the character copies to see how it compares to your current gear.  You even get to choose your gems and enchants.

HealCrafter Will Tell You:

  • What your effective MP5 is.  You specify your time in the Five Second Rule (FSR) and it calculates your overall MP5 from spirit and MP5 in combat using your talents and primal mooncloth set bonus if you have all three pieces.
  • What your effective mana pool is for the duration of the fight.
  • How large your heals will be.
  • How much healing you can provide if you were to use all your mana for the specified fight length.
  • Much more.
